Uber Pro Offer Terms and Condition
- These terms and conditions apply to Uber (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions and 2degrees Carryover Plans Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions, Endless and Carryover Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions and any other applicable Terms and Conditions.
- To be eligible for the Promotion, you must be a new or existing 2degrees customer and be currently contracted to Uber with a valid professional ID.
- You will continue to be eligible for the Promotion as long as you remain a 2degrees customer and 2degrees continues the Promotion as set out above.
- The Promotion is available to existing Prepay or Pay Monthly customers who meet the eligibility criteria.
- The Uber offer will apply as a discount to your standard monthly plan fee on your monthly bill and will exclude other additional charges, including add-ons (Discount).
- The Discount may not be applied until your second Bill after ID validation has been completed.
- The Discount is not transferable or exchangeable and may not be available in conjunction with other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate, or any other association plan.
- The Promotion not available on Business mobile plans or to employees of 2degrees or Two Degrees New Zealand Limited
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw the Uber offer at any time.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clause 4 above.
